Coaching

The Allkare Coaching 6 month business coaching programme ensures that you will fully equipped mentally to run a successful business.
We understand how important it is to work on your business, not just in it so we provide you with professional coaching to help you reach your full potential. As an Allkare Franchisee you’ll receive a comprehensive manual with proven strategies and techniques you can easily apply into your business. Plus, once a week you’ll receive a personal and motivational call from our dedicated Business Coach who works with you to create actionable weekly steps for greater achievement long term. Not only will you feel totally supported by us but completely inspired to run an exciting and very profitable business.
Training
Here's a closer look at the training you'll receive once you join us, which is split into 2 parts, in house and online.
In House Training
The first part of the training is hands-on where you'll spend 5 days with us at our Head Office in Skelmersdale. At the end of this time you'll know exactly what your business really is - and the exciting growth potential ahead, you can also look forward to:
- Expert training in surveying properties
- Understanding structural drying techniques
- Hands on training in customer houses - by an experienced surveyor
- Being taught the specific tools to understand, manage and measure your business and financial plans
- How to implement proven strategies in sales, marketing and negotiation that work
You'll quite literally have all the tools, resources and knowledge you need to help you confidently assess your business and the best strategies to apply for long term success.
Online Training
Although you'll receive ongoing support from us as standard, we know you'll need that extra guidance in the beginning. So for the first 6 months after your initial training you'll also receive online training and dedicated coaching from us.
Because Allkare is a well established brand and the leading choice for disaster restoration services more and more people are realising the massive potential of becoming an Allkare Franchisee. So when we make a Franchise operation available in a region you can imagine the considerable amount of applications we receive.

Ongoing Support
Our training and support in the early stages of joining us has been proven to provide all you need to start, run and grow your Allkare Franchise. Because each insurance claim and disaster is different there may be certain cases that have not been covered during your training.
But there's nothing you'll have to deal with on your own because we offer you plenty of help and advice. Plus, at Allkare we love to share...so we make the collective knowledge of all our Franchisees available for you to benefit from and of course you've got friendly support from us by phone or email when you need it.
