Q: How much does the franchise cost?

A: The total cost of the Franchise is £40,000 +VAT and includes the Franchise licence fee and the initial business support and equipment.

Q: Do I need any previous skilled trade experience?

A: No, because this is a Management based opportunity. We show you how to recruit the right skilled trades people to complete the work to our high standards.

Q: How long does the training last?

A: Live training is over 5 days at our Head Office. We also offer you continued support by phone and email including 6 months online business coaching as you get started.

Q: How can so much training be fitted into such a short time?

A: The initial 5 days covers all the hands on training you need, including site visits. You’ll also learn all the tools and strategies that will help you manage and measure your business. Your personal business coaching then continues for 6 months, as we know this is the crucial time you’ll need our help and support; in the beginning. This combination of training and support has proved to be the most effective for our Franchisees success.

Q: Will I need previous management experience?

A: Ideally yes. We are looking for people with at least middle management experience, which can be in any industry. To help launch your Allkare Franchise as quickly as possible, once trained, we’ve found having these core skills previously gained through a managerial role helps our Franchisees achieve lasting success.

Q: What skills do I need to successfully operate an Allkare Franchise?

A: You’ll need at least middle management experience, self motivation with passion and drive to build a profitable business and good communication skills.

Q: Will the Franchise involve a lot of travel for me?

A: Not necessarily. Your Franchise will cover a specific region for you to operate in, which will be as local to where you live as possible. We also invite our Franchisees to Head Office from time to time for training and, of course, to help us celebrate your contribution to our continued success at our annual conference.

Q: Can I operate this from home?

A: In the early days of starting up your Allkare Franchise, you can operate it from home, as some of our Franchisees have. What they found is because their Franchise quickly grew, they needed to expand into a separate office space. We can provide further help and advice on this during your training.

Q: Do you offer any guarantee?

A: Our effective selection process helps us to quickly discover if this opportunity is right for both of us. This really helps us to identify your skills in relation to those needed to run a successful and profitable Allkare Franchise early on, making sure we get the right people from the start. Peter Hargreaves, MD of Allkare, is so confident of the selection process and the opportunity he offers a personal guarantee: if after the training week you feel unable to operate a successful disaster restoration operation in your area, your money will be refunded.*

Q: What can I expect from Allkare Head Office?

A: We provide all our Franchisees (new and established) total commitment and help by phone and email. We know our overall success depends on yours and are here to support you with whatever you need.

Q: How do I get business?

A: We create a number of web pages for you, focused on your Franchise region, to assist with Internet marketing and SEO. You will have a dedicated Allkare sales manager who will work on your behalf to build relationships with companies crucial to your long term success. Any calls we receive into our central call centre for your region will be passed over to you, as well as any of our national contracts that may be close to you. This is on top of everything you’ll learn and receive during your initial training and business coaching. In addition to this, we will train you and provide you with all the tools you need to effectively market your territory area.

Q: Why would customers choose Allkare damage restoration services instead of hiring in local trades people?

A: Apart from being a very stressful and emotional time for customers, they’ll also have paperwork, phone calls and insurance claim forms to deal with, so getting a number of quotes from trades people can just add to the pressure they feel. Some insurance companies even send out Loss Adjusters to try and make a cash settlement, which is usually far less than what the customer is entitled to. Using industry experienced Allkare gives the customer peace of mind they are receiving a professional and complete disaster restoration service with all the insurance claims administration taken care of for them too. It’s a professional, total claims management for getting them back to normal with much less stress and hassle, ensuring they receive all they are entitled to during the claims process.

Q: How will my territory be allocated?

A: We allocate an exclusive territory for you with 225,000 households.

Q: Will my territory be close to where I live?

A: As close as possible and will depend on the locality of residence.

Q: How will my territory be protected?

A: Your territory is protected in the Franchise Agreement we both sign once you join us.

Q: How will I recruit and train the right trades people in my territory?

A: You’ll learn more about recruitment and selection in your training and we can help to select the right people for you.

Q: How much is the monthly management fee?

A: To help you grow your business and to continue the growth of the Allkare brand, there is a monthly management fee of 11%.

Q: What are the predicted earnings in the first 12 months?

A: As you can imagine this varies with each Franchisee and the results will depend on commitment, effort and rate of growth in your region. A realistic potential turnover is £30,000 per month and a potential average of 40% gross profit.

Q: Can I operate an Allkare Franchise with a partner / friend?

A: Yes, this is possible but not necessary as we’ll teach you everything you need to run a lucrative business in your area.

Q: How much ongoing support can I expect?

A: You can expect continual support from our Head Office in all aspects of operating your Allkare Franchise by phone or email. The support is there when you need it.
